- Review data inputs for relevancy and completeness, requesting additional information if needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data by following established protocols and procedures.
- Create and update records, documents, and databases as required.
- Generate reports and statistics based on the entered data.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry purposes.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing and retrieval systems.
- Respond promptly and professionally to data entry inquiries and requests for information.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
- Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and databases.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data input.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
