Enter and update data into databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including the use of Pivot tables for data analysis.
Conduct research for data collection purposes to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
Transcribe information from various sources into the appropriate formats.
Maintain organized records of data entries and ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and resolve any discrepancies.
Perform regular audits of data to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
Familiarity with databases and data management systems is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic math skills are necessary for verifying numerical data entries.
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is required.
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
