This role is crucial for leading customer implementation activities, assessing workflows, defining connectivity requirements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation process.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with customers to understand and document the site-specific workflows, data flows, system connectivity and implementation requirements for iRTTranslate customer requirements into implementation inputs, workflow configuration needs, and setup documentationAct as a key point of contact and provide cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow and connectivity discussions during customer onboarding and implementation activitiesPartner with internal teams to communicate recurring customer pain points and propose practical solutionsHelp strengthen the overall customer success model by improving how workflow and connectivity needs are gathered, documented, and deliveredProvide subject matter expertise on iRT related interoperability, workflow configurations and IT interfacesDevelop processes and tools to automate critical integration tasks and augment human expertise, enabling predictable, repeatable and scalable implementationsSupport customization requests from customers with hands on coding and develop frameworks to execute customizations without triggering major design changesEnsure a robust framework is in place to support installation of updates and upgrades that that entitled based on the subscription offering and perpetual service contractsProvide hands on implementation coding leadership as needed to support service teams with installations and troubleshootingEnsure workflow documentation, configuration inputs, and connection-related activities are completed accurately and in line with applicable quality requirementsSupport testing, issue resolution, validation support activities, and go-live readiness along with service team for configured workflows and established connectionsIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredSkillsExperienced Engineer (5+ yrs) with STEM MajorsExperience supporting workflow implementation, customer onboarding, installation, or technical deployment activitiesUnderstanding of implementation lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, setup, testing, issue resolution, and deployment supportWorking knowledge of JSON, XML, web services, SQL, relational databasesExpertise with interconnectivity technologies including application layer protocols such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO, HL7, Rest APIs, system to system connectivity etcUnderstanding of interface setup, data mapping, and connection troubleshootingUnderstanding of software deployment, environment setup, and configuration management conceptsStrong communication skills and customer project management experienceThe ability to travel up to 25%Master's degree in STEM Majors preferredPrevious experience with software deployments in Oncology Centers/ Hospitals is a plusGood to have working knowledge of Java, ObjectScript, cloud technologies, and InterSystems platformsBenefitsPerformance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI)MedicalDentalVisionPaid time offA 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunitiesLife, disability, and accident insuranceTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewGE Healthcare is a multinational company that manufactures wide range of medical equipment.
