- Process Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders proficiently
- Handle incoming paper orders from both consumers and the Corporate Sales Division in a timely manner
- Manage incoming communications while meeting accuracy and productivity standards
- Maintain business and product knowledge using available resources
- Type at least 35 words per minute and ensure excellent spelling and grammar
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Programs, including Excel
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work with confidential information discreetly
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the holiday season
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
- Familiarity with the gourmet food or snack industry
