We are currently seeking a Data Entry and Timesheet Verifier to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting timesheet data accurately, validating work hours, and ensuring all employee records are up to date.
This position is vital to maintaining payroll integrity and smooth workforce management across departments. We are looking for someone reliable, process-driven, and proactive in communication.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and verify employee timesheets into internal systems.
Audit time logs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with staff or managers.
Maintain data records and support time-tracking audits as needed.
Generate and format weekly reports based on verified work hours.
Assist with onboarding data entry for new employees.
Uphold data confidentiality and comply with organizational protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, payroll, or timekeeping.
Familiarity with time-tracking software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and manage time efficiently while working remotely.
Knowledge of U.S. labor timekeeping compliance is a plus.
