Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Deliver exceptional service and contribute to a supportive atmosphere for both clients and colleagues.
Required Skills
Strong communication abilities with a genuine commitment to helping others.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of managing time effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent listening skills and willingness to learn and accept guidance.
Qualifications
Must possess or be able to quickly obtain a Life and/or Health Insurance Producer License.
U.S. residency and reliable transportation are required.
A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
