Data Entry and Design Technician
About the position Responsibilities • Create new items in the system that were quoted and created for production to become finished goods products • Participate in the transfer of items between plants, ensuring accurate and timely movement of products • Document production modifications and solutions by adding comments to the item and updating the Sharepoint knowledge library • Organize all activities by service levels to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of your unit • Collaborate with the various stakeholders and business partners associated with your activities Requirements • Experience in data entry or administrative tasks • Ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency • Strong communicator and team player who works effectively with cross-functional departments • Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring all items are accurately created, updated and documented Nice-to-haves • College studies in Administration or Information Technology • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with SAP, Power Automate and Sharepoint Benefits • Flex and connected mode (telecommuting, flexible schedule) • Profit sharing plan • Telemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions • Accessible gym space or annual flexible reimbursement program • Employee assistance program Apply tot his job
