We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Social Media Manager to help us set up and manage new TikTok, Instagram, Youtube accounts. We will provide you with all content, profile photos, names, and any other necessary details. Your responsibilities will include:ALL Posting will be required to be done on mobile deviceAccount Creation & SetupCreate a new email address and new social media accounts (TikTok & Instagram & Youtube) following our guidelines.Upload the profile photo and complete the account profile details.Account Warm-UpFor the first 3 days, log in and “warm up” the new accounts by spending at least 15 minutes interacting with relevant content each day (liking, commenting, scrolling, etc.) to establish natural activity before official posting begins.Total time spent in account creation and warming up for the 3 days is expected to be around 1 hour total.Daily Posting & EngagementPost 3 times a day, every day, on both TikTok, Instagram and Youtube.We will you provide content examples and inspiration but you will be required to make the content. You’ll be responsible for uploading it, writing the captions (if needed), and scheduling the drafts on your phone.Each post requires a quick period of scrolling (5 minutes) in the niche to maintain authentic engagement.Time Commitment:Week 1: Estimated 4–5 hours (includes account setup, initial warm-up, and getting all draft content ready).Subsequent Weeks: Estimated 2–3 hours each week (primarily handling the daily postings and quick engagement).Why Work With Us:If this initial collaboration is successful (after a week or two), we plan to scale up to manage multiple pages, offering more hours and opportunity for growth.We value consistency, communication, and reliability, and are excited to build a long-term partnership.COMPENSATIONThis pay would be a flat rate of $150 per month to post 3x a day across all 3 platforms.
