About the Role We are seeking a talented Mid to Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at Penbrothers. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams, and building data models to support analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data architecture Design and implement ETL processes Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs Ensure data quality and integrity Optimize data storage and retrieval If you are passionate about data engineering, have a strong background in data architecture, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you! What You Bring Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or related field Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages Experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL processes Strong understanding of data modeling and database design Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Hiring Process We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
