Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Spanish Data Annotator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that the conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. Entry-level positions are encouraged but please apply also for more experienced/ Senior positions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Verify data to improve the performance of the AI model.
ā¢ Review the output of the model to maintain a quality standard.
ā¢ Include feedback to improve the performance.
Requirements:
ā¢ Entry-level position, but experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing will be valued.
ā¢ Excellent writing and spelling skills of a target language (Spanish).
ā¢ Proficiency in English for communication with internal managers and/or comprehension of the guidelines.
ā¢ Good oral and written English communication as well as in target language (Spanish).
ā¢ Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
ā¢ Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
ā¢ Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows.
ā¢ Easiness to understand and manage writing customer-facing content and content management tools.
ā¢ Problem-solving mindset.
Additional Requirements:
ā¢ Understanding of Chatbots.
ā¢ Knowledge of the retail/shopping domain.
ā¢ No previous experience or training is required - we provide paid training.
