Position: Data Annotation Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $23ā$30/hour
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Synthesize information from large volumes of data to enhance AI model performance.
ā¢ Annotate and categorize text, images, and other data according to detailed guidelines.
ā¢ Apply predefined rubrics and taxonomies to produce structured, high-quality outputs.
ā¢ Flag inconsistencies, ambiguities, or errors in datasets to improve data quality.
ā¢ Contribute to the improvement of AI systems through consistent annotation work.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Ability to synthesize complex or high-volume information into structured formats.
ā¢ Strong critical reasoning, reading comprehension, and written communication skills.
ā¢ A college degree and experience with data annotation projects.
Preferred
ā¢ Prior experience applying rubrics, taxonomies, or standardized guidelines.
