The Caption Health SBU focuses on clinical applications that aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans. Caption Care is a turnkey, end-to-end echo program that leverages Caption AI technology platform to deliver convenient, cost-effective echocardiograms in any care setting to identify heart disease earlierbefore undiagnosed issues become serious.
The Data Analytics Specialist defines technical, operational and client reporting. They also work with quality assurance of dashboards and contribute to capacity planning analytics and Salesforce analytics.

Job Description
In this role you will:
Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards to support business needs.
Define technical, operational and client reporting and data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Perform quality assurance on dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Support capacity planning analytics and provide insights to support operational decisions.
Contribute to Salesforce analytics and reporting to enhance sales and marketing efforts.
Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
1-3 years experience working in Analytics
Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau and experience in dashboard design.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define technical requirements.
Experience with QA processes for data and reporting.
Familiarity with capacity planning analytics and Salesforce analytics is a plus.
Desired Characteristics:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Open-mindedness and the ability to thrive in an innovative, sometimes ambiguous environment with a focus on compliant scalability.
Strong self-management skills, familiarity with remote work tools, and the ability to maintain productivity and collaboration in a remote setting.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $65,920.00-$98,880.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
