Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Architect Location: Remote District of Columbia, ONLY: DC, MD, VA with 4x per year in either DC or Reston Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD and H4-EAD, L2 ONLY Interview Mode: 2 rounds, video then possible f2f Rate:- $80/hr on c2c/1099 or $70/hr on W2 Must Have: • Current Health Insurance Customer Experienc Highly Prefered Certs: ITIL v4 and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow ITSM = Required Very high level Developer OR Architect Can lead discovery sessions and design workflows = very important Work mode: 100% remote; Only DMV, may be F2F required (which is very likely). Driving distance only. If in DMV. Will have to be onsite 4x per year in either DC or Reston We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our client’s team! The selected candidate will lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solution from scratch, as well as provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Required Skills - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ITIL v4 certified - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred). - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect. - Must have ServiceNow ITSM experience - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience working with cross functional teams to design workflows after leading discovery sessions - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Accomplished with integrating ServiceNow and other systems using APIs or other integration methods. - Adept with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
