Job Description
Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Data Analyst. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
The Data Analyst will generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. Lead initiatives to design and build reporting tools, information dashboards, data generators, and other end-user information portals or resources. Provide technology-based data reporting tools and management for business segments or the company at large. Advise business groups by providing technical and strategic reports that identify and address business issues and opportunities..
β’ The position requires a Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty.
β’ Position also requires knowledge of: database management; SQL; relational data models; object-oriented programming; agile methodology; Python (required knowledge may be gained prior to, as part of, or concurrently with required education).
β’ Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $82,514- $114,322, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
The position will be posted for two weeks from its posting date of May 9, 2025.
