Data Analyst for Project Management Team (VBC) Remote

We are currently seeking a full-time Data Analyst for the Project Management team (Value-Based Care) to join our team remotely.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging Sun River Healths available data to provide a clear understanding of Sun River Healths performance in value-based payment contracts, beginning with MVP, to drive performance improvement.
Essential Functions
Leverage data from the ARC Tool, the ROI Tool, and elsewhere to provide a clear, transparent view of Sun River Healths performance in value-based payment contracts, beginning with MVP.
Develop materials reports and presentations for a variety of audiences that promote Sun River Healths performance management and improvement work within these contracts.
Analyze data for the purposes of evaluations and improving reporting, transparency, and company goals.
Participate in project management meetings, develop reports based on assigned projects.
Provide project management support for key Sun River initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
