Senior Data Analyst Location: Tempe, AZ (Fully Remote) Duration: Minimum 24 Months Contract Interviews: Immediate Start Date: ~6 weeks after offer • 12+ years of total experience • 8+ years of recent, hands-on banking domain experience About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst (12+ years) with strong and recent (8+ years) banking domain expertise to support major data initiatives. This role requires strong analytical ability, deep domain understanding, and hands-on experience with complex banking data environments. Open Positions (Choose Any One Domain Expertise)Position 1 – SQL Expert & Retail/Digital Banking • Strong SQL expertise • Experience in Retail Banking or Digital Banking domain Position 2 – Transaction Monitoring / Credit Cards / Commercial Banking • Experience with Credit Card companies or Commercial Banking • Strong understanding of transaction monitoring & data behavior Position 3 – Regulatory Reporting & Loan Data • Heavy experience in Regulatory Reporting • Expertise in 2052a, CCAR, BASEL • Strong understanding of loan department data Key Technical Skills (Mandatory) • Expert SQL (advanced queries, optimization, performance tuning) • ETL, Snowflake, EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) • Advanced Excel & Axiom XL • Strong experience in: • Data mapping • Data profiling • Data validation • Indexing • Data reconciliation • Building / working with data marts • Strong knowledge of data warehouse, data control, and data quality checks • Experience with OFSAA (preferred) • Agile project experience Required Experience • 12+ years of total experience • 8+ years of recent, hands-on banking domain experience • Strong knowledge of core banking processes, data structures, regulatory rules, and compliance standards • Ability to interpret, analyze, and transform complex data sets • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams Apply tot his job
