ACGI is seeking a Data Analyst to support data conversion and integration efforts for new and existing clients. This technical role works closely with Implementation and Ongoing Services teams and requires hands-on collaboration with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across teams to ensure data accuracy and successful onboarding. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with clients to gather and translate business and technical data requirements. Analyze, map, transform, and validate client data using Oracle PL/SQL and related tools. Clean, standardize, and convert large datasets for system integration into ACGI platforms. Support development and execution of data conversion processes in Oracle APEX (highly preferred) . Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, integrity issues, and quality gaps. Maintain detailed documentation of data mapping, transformation rules, and conversion procedures. Validate post-implementation data and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of data conversion tools, templates, and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL (required) . Hands-on experience working directly with clients on data requirements and conversions . Experience with Oracle APEX (highly preferred) . 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data conversion, or data integration. Experience with large datasets and relational databases. Familiarity with data transformation tools and scripting languages (SQL, Excel). Experience in Association Management and/or Credentialing software is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal teams and clients. Collaborative team player open to feedback and cross-functional cooperation. Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software environments is a plus. Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security best practices. Salary range: $77,010 to $90,100.
