Primary Responsibilities: Develop and interpret reports for operational focused leaders Develop data models and backend processes to support reporting needs Collaborate with Data Integration and Data Management teams to source and develop data / ETL Support and perform ongoing updates for production reports and processes Solves moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation Other related duties as assigned Reviews the work of others Develops innovative approaches Sought out as expert Serves as a leader/ mentor Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 9+ years of data reporting/analysis experience 9+ years of experience with SQL with the ability to create ad-hoc queries and production processes 9+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy or Tableau Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data analytics Experience with creating dashboards Comfortable with the development of reports from multiple data sets and organization of data for presentation to management Soft Skills: Solid analytical, research and problem-solving skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
