Joining us as a Data & AI Governance Consultant, you will contribute to the design, configuration, and monitoring of data governance and AI governance practices, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and organizational alignment around data usage. As a Data & AI Governance Consultant you will: • Configure and manage Data Governance tools (IBM Knowledge Catalog, Microsoft Purview) • Design and implement data governance policies (e.g., data classification, access control) • Develop and maintain metadata assets, business glossaries, and stewardship models • Document data governance processes and provide training/onboarding to users • Monitor data quality metrics and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR) • Support the implementation of AI Governance practices (model lineage, fairness, auditability) • Collaborate with IT, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other relevant fields • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management roles • Hands-on experience with IBM Knowledge Catalog and/or Microsoft Purview • Strong understanding of data catalogs, data quality tools, data lineage, and stewardship processes • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and general compliance frameworks • Experience working in cloud environments (ideally IBM Cloud, Azure, or AWS) • Strong documentation and communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams It would also be a plus if you match some of the following: • Certifications in IBM Data products or Microsoft Purview/Azure AI • Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data or similar data platforms • Understanding of AI Governance concepts (e.g., model explainability, bias detection, accountability). • Ability to translate complex requirements into meaningful Function Specification Document • Experience in understanding basic SQL coding will be considered a strong asset • Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks (e.g., IBM Watson OpenScale, Microsoft Responsible AI) Additional Information Being a part of the Netcompany-Ιntrasoft team, you will be provided with: • The opportunity to work in a modern environment & in a hybrid working model • A seamless onboarding experience and a buddy to support you on your first steps • A competitive compensation & benefits package • Health and life insurance program • Meal and commuting allowance • Well-being activities (on premises) • Continuous learning opportunities using the most modern methods (unlimited access to Udemy for Business, ad-hoc trainings) • A personalized development plan for targeted career growth If you are looking forward to be part of a diverse environment, and have the opportunity to work alongside well-experienced professionals, on challenging, large-scale projects that directly impact millions of citizens around the globe, then this is the place to be!
