**Experienced Key Customer Manager – Digital Healthcare Solutions and Services**

As a Key Customer Manager at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in understanding the unique business goals of our key customers and ensuring that our solutions meet their needs, resulting in high customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and advise key customers to understand their individual business goals and ensure that our solutions are tailored to meet their needs, resulting in high customer satisfaction. * Guide strategically relevant new customers through the onboarding process in collaboration with the Key Account Manager and the Introduction Management team. * Maintain existing customer relationships, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth. * Proactively monitor customer usage of our products or services to identify opportunities for optimization. * Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal departments and teams. * Collaborate with the Introduction Management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Support the sales team in preparing for tenders and pitches. * Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. * Document all events related to key customers in Salesforce and other relevant systems. * Conduct on-site customer visits and ensure customer participation in events and conferences. * Prepare and participate in trade shows and events. **Your Qualifications and Skills:** * At least 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or customer service. * Completed vocational training or degree in economics or IT, with a focus on sales or customer service. * Experience in selling digital or virtual software products, particularly in the medical or therapeutic sectors. * Proven track record of personal customer care and, if applicable, new customer acquisition and lead generation in the B2B software industry. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems. * Ideally, a network in the field of stationary and ambulatory care. * Experience working on a national level in the care industry. * Willingness to travel. **What We Offer:** * 30 days of paid vacation to ensure you have enough time for relaxation and personal interests. * An attractive salary that reflects your performance and dedication. * The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment. * The chance to participate in our stock purchase program and benefit from the company's growth. * Flexible benefits: a combination of three different benefits with a monthly allowance of up to €60 (Hansefit, childcare allowance, job bike leasing). * Corporate benefits for various products. * Mental health support through TELUS Health, which provides support for you and your family in various areas of life. * Extensive opportunities for further education and training, including access to LinkedIn Learning to continuously expand your skills. * The opportunity to further develop your skills in line with your area of activity, such as AWS certifications. **Join Our Team:** At blithequark, we're more than just a company – we're a community of innovators, thinkers, and doers who are passionate about making a difference in the world.
