Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end D365 implementations for new and existing clientsCollaborate with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and create system designParticipate in software configuration, testing, training and deploymentLead discovery sessions, system walkthroughs, and user trainingBecome proficient in assigned productsPerform project management duties as directedEnsure quality assurance measuresProactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisorMentor associates on software functionality and methodologies to contribute to team success
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in professional services and/or accounting leadershipBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administrationKnowledge of major business life-cycles in finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and productionFamiliarity with D365 Finance/Dynamics AX or other mid-market ERPUnderstanding of database structure and designAbility to learn new systems and processesAbility to manage multiple client projects concurrentlyDemonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skillsPossess time management skills
