Cybersecurity Organizational and IT Change Management Consultant

About the position The Organizational Change Management Consultant will support the adoption of change, new tools and new ways of working implemented by the cybersecurity team. They will leverage their experience and knowledge of how people and organizations manage change to support adoption of our top cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Organizational Change Management • Experience working with cybersecurity teams, ideally supporting change management or project management activities. • Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness) • English • Familiarity with project management tools and • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving • Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all • Strong problem solving and root cause identification • Excellent communication and interpersonal • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent documentation skills; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Collaborative team worker – both in person and virtually using MS Teams or similar • Ability to work as liaison between business and information security / information technology • Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English • Business outcomes mindset • Solid balance of strategic thinking with detail orientation • Self-starter, ability to take initiative • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus.
