Cybersecurity Consultant, Organizational and IT Change Management

Job Description: • Assess the organization’s current change management • Develop a change management strategy to support security-related programs • Implement change management processes and tools to support adoption of cybersecurity changes • Contribute to practice-building efforts such as knowledge sharing • Develop processes to measure progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness • The ability to effect change through business process engineering design, prevent change collisions at scale, and how ways of working are conducted for better efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Experience working with cybersecurity teams, ideally supporting change management or project management activities. • Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness) • Familiarity with project management tools • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving • Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all • Strong problem solving and root cause identification • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent documentation skills; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Collaborative team worker – both in person and virtually using MS Teams or similar • Ability to work as liaison between business and information security / information technology • Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English • Business outcomes mindset • Solid balance of strategic thinking with detail orientation • Self-starter, ability to take initiative Benefits: • Continuous training • Competitive benefits
