They are seeking a Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the deployment, integration, and optimization of their technology to provide clients with industry-leading cyber security protection.ResponsibilitiesEnsure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standardsAssist customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environmentsLead and become a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planningComplete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs)Integrate new systems into existing network architectureEfficiently manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issuesProactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deploymentMaintain and enhance communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operationsSkillsA technical educational background or have experience working as a Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer (or similar role)Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference modelEntry level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practicesBasic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue modelFoundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto NetworksExperience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT)Experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email)Benefits100% medical, dental and vision insurance, plus dependentsPaid parental leaveLife insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany OverviewDarktrace is an AI company that uses cybersecurity solutions to identify, prevent, and eliminate insider threats.
