CW-SS-Client Service Associate
Nuveen, a TIAA company, is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide services for TIAA’s family of companies. This role involves supporting the onboarding of new client accounts, delivering reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance the client experience throughout the client lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the coordination of client transitions activity (i.e. onboarding, off boarding) in close partnership with relevant Nuveen business partnersSupport the coordination of account maintenance activities (e.g., amendments to account name, fee schedules, benchmarks, client agreements, etc.)Assist team members to ensure ongoing client contractual obligations are being metSupport the fulfillment of ad-hoc client inquiries and requestsFacilitate and oversee client cash flow requests to ensure proper handlingHelp manage client communications to ensure timely and proactive updates are providedProactively anticipate client needs and assist in the development of strategies for meeting and exceeding those needsUpdate and maintain client and authorized third party contact information via CRM applicationSupport client meeting preparation by facilitating creation of materialsHelp identify, escalate and resolve problems for any issues affecting the client experienceParticipate in relevant projects across the department, particularly those which look to mitigate risk, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional client serviceAssist to ensures preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports and presentations to be delivered to clientsSupports the completion of due diligence and client questionnairesSkillsThis is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA's family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party SupplierAs a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related dutiesDemonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent resultsThis role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this postingThe anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months.
