Requirements
– Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Some college or relevant certifications preferred.
