Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote team member, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their needs during overnight hours. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with their prescription and medication-related questions.
Provide information on CVS Health products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other CVS Health team members to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.

Educational Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.
