In this position, you will support customers with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the booking process, and help deliver a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
ā¢ Strong communication and customer service skills
ā¢ Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
ā¢ Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools
ā¢ Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset
ā¢ Interest in the travel industry is a plus
