Responsibilities
Ā Provide general administrative support to the Managing Editorial department, including setting up meetings and maintaining calendars.

Ā Set up and maintain title metadata and schedules in SAP and FileMaker Pro.

Ā Approve covers for distribution and disseminate information regarding production schedules, on-sale dates, and prices.

Ā Coordinate reprint corrections and ensure accuracy in production.
,
Ā Create barcodes and review eBooks for formatting, content accuracy, and overall quality.
,
Ā Review contract status and royalty rates, and download files for various divisional needs.
,
Ā Attend weekly production meetings with Editorial, Copyediting, Design, and Production departments.
Requirements
Ā Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across various departments.

Ā Superb organizational and time management skills.

Ā Outstanding ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
