What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them on requesting corrections
Identify customer support needs and either assist or forward requests to the appropriate department
Manage escalated customer issues effectively
Provide top-notch customer service and technical support assistance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of customer service experience
Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
Comfortable using a computer for operations
Must pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screen
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the financial services industry or credit-related customer service roles
Familiarity with credit bureau processes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
