What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
Navigate a Windows-based and web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules
Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes when necessary
Use listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
Maintain customer database with accurate information, including call details and payment records
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid drivers license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
Customer service experience preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in the field
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Familiarity with pest management or similar industries
