Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management. You will also provide exceptional customer support, perform administrative tasks, and assist our CEO with various responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve exceptional results for our clients
Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns
Provide exceptional customer support through our Basecamp project management system, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Perform administrative tasks, including graphic design on Canva or similar platforms, report preparation, and SEO blog proofreading and editing
Assist our CEO with various responsibilities, including admin work, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
Coordinate tasks and projects with our team members, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
Work independently, with minimal supervision, and take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes


Essential Requirements

Based in the Philippines
Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of Facebook ad campaigns and management
Google Ads experience, with knowledge of Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns (Google certification is a plus)
Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and minimal downtime
Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
Knowledge of SEO principles and practices
Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello
Google certification in Google Ads or Analytics
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
