– Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner

– Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve them

– Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

– Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

– Stay updated on the latest Apple products, services, and features

– Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes

– Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills
