Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative, you will support the successful delivery of recruitment advertising programs by coordinating campaigns, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality execution across digital media channels.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the setup, launch, and ongoing support of recruitment advertising campaigns across job boards, social media, and search platformsManage campaign requests and updates using internal and customer project management tools, ensuring work is tracked and completed on timeSupport weekly campaign pacing updates, including job volume and spend levelsAssist with third‑party media execution, including deployment of creative assets, tracking tags, and campaign configurationsSubmit and manage tickets required to activate, update, or troubleshoot recruitment mediaCreate media authorization documents to support advertising purchasesTrack campaign inventory, budgets, and spend to ensure accurate documentation and alignmentSupport client invoicing by preparing invoice documentationAssist with monthly reporting by updating templates, inputting data, and performing quality checksReview creative assets to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand guidelinesCoordinate feedback and revisions across internal teams, vendors, and customersSupport tracking tag audits and quality checks to ensure campaign activity is measured correctlyFlag issues or discrepancies and help coordinate resolutionCommunicate campaign updates and next steps with customers via phone and emailAssist with day‑to‑day communications with advertising vendors and partnersPartner closely with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and aligned messagingSkills1–3 years of experience in customer support, media operations, digital marketing, advertising operations, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailComfort working with budgets, spreadsheets, and tracking documentsExperience using project management or workflow tools to manage tasks and deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain details simplyAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partnersA proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processesBenefitsComprehensive medical coverage, with dental, vision and life insuranceCompetitive 401(k) plan with employer matchingUnlimited flexible time off (FTO)World-class training that keeps you at the forefront of innovationCompany OverviewRadancy delivers the future of talent acquisition with an AI-powered platform that simplifies hiring and accelerates results.
