Description:
Ensure our customers maximise the value of their GRS Guardian telematics systems. You'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer onboarding and training processes
Assist with customer communications and support tickets
Help customers optimise their use of our tracking platform
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyse feedback
Support account management activities
Assist with creating customer success materials and guides
Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns
Help coordinate vehicle recovery operations when needed
