They use advanced tools to build connections and identify opportunities for sustained growth.Partner with our Web Performance and Security customersAs a Customer Success Manager, you will build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success. You’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide strategic guidance. Your focus is on fostering long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:Being the primary trusted point of contact to key customer stakeholders, building relationship and customer successManaging daily account responsibilities, facilitating meetings, resolving escalations, conducting QBRs, and related tasks.Creating a success plan to help customers adopt and operationalize Akamai products, achieving their business goalsMonitoring customer health and usage to identify risks, ensuring adoption, renewals, and overall account health.Partnering with the Sales team on renewal activitiesDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 5 years of relevant experience and a High school / Bachelor’s degree or its equivalentDemonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to present to various stakeholdersHave knowledge of internet technologies, security, web analytics, and digital performance management solutionsHave effective analytical and problem-solving skillsWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai’s Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
