We're a team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation, and we're currently on the lookout for a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our growing family. Job Summary: The Customer Success & Billing Specialist provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for software-related issues, ensuring users can effectively utilize the Enrollware, as well as manages monthly billing processing and billing related customer support. They may handle inquiries via phone, email, or web, and work to resolve problems, often requiring in-depth knowledge of the Enrollware software and its underlying systems. Responsibilities also include documenting solutions, training users, managing billing tasks, and potentially collaborating with development teams. Primary Responsibilities: Become a product expert in Enrollware’s software. Respond to support tickets and phone calls in a timely manner. Provide training and look for opportunities for customers to make better use of the software. Assist in creating and updating current documentation. Contribute to internal project process initiatives. Respond to billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding balances. Skills & Competencies: Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience supporting SaaS software applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to research and solve customer issues. Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment. Minimum Qualifications: Experience with billing processes. Experience with SaaS customer success. Ability to clearly and professionally communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and customers of all personality types.
