Customer Solutions Specialist: 2nd Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Parts Town is the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts. The Customer Solutions Specialist will assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions each day: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady flow of emails, while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Process customer requests, involving: order entry and order status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etc Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs Skills You have at least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service role You exhibit stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor (no zombies, please!) You know MS Office; you may not be a master but you're on your way You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home You have a genuine positive, outgoing, team spirited, one-for-all personality You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal). If you're bilingual, that's a plus! You can work a schedule of M-F 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed Please note: The first 3 weeks of training will be a schedule of M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST)!
