[Remote] Member Outreach Coordinator (Call Center Position)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Periscope Group is seeking a detail-oriented Member Outreach Coordinator to join their Client Services team part-time. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound phone calls to members regarding cases referred by health plans, ensuring accurate data entry and effective communication.ResponsibilitiesMake a high volume of outbound calls daily to members regarding cases received from health plansCollect and verify member information by phone, ensuring accuracy and completenessAccurately document all member interactions and update records in the system before case assignmentPerform repetitive outreach and data verification tasks with consistency and attention to detailAddress member questions or concerns, escalating to a Client Services Consultant as neededCollaborate with the Client Services team to ensure smooth handoff and thorough information transferConduct follow-up calls as necessary to gather outstanding information prior to case assignmentAdhere to company policies, procedures, and all data privacy regulations while handling sensitive informationSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields is preferredComfortable spending the majority of the workday making outbound phone callsStrong communication skills (verbal and written), with a professional and empathetic demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software is a plusDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skillsAble to maintain accuracy and focus in a structured, process-driven environmentDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAble to work independently, take initiative, and contribute within a teamMust have a computer with a working camera and microphone, as well as a reliable home internet connectionBilingual (English/Spanish) skills are strongly preferred due to business needsPreferred Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time zoneBenefitsPaid sick timeEligibility to enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan after three months of employmentSpanish-speaking incentive for qualified bilingual staffCompany OverviewPeriscope is a health care center that specializes in health plans, in-home care therapy, PT/OT, and consultation services.
