Customer Solutions Advisor, Amazon Key for Business - Remote
Job Summary:
Join Amazon Key for Business as a Customer Solutions Advisor and be part of a team that's revolutionizing the delivery experience for customers. As a CSA, you'll be a brand ambassador, conducting impartial assessments to verify information provided through customer calls and emails. You'll coordinate and manage schedules to ensure efficient and timely operations, providing a superior experience to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct third-party verification via incoming calls and email communication
Understand and implement new information and procedures efficiently and professionally
Deliver a consistent level of quality on all calls, encompassing the "white glove experience"
Utilize multiple systems to access customer information, research issues, and educate customers
Collaborate with trending teams to drive continuous process improvement
Develop and implement scalable solutions to support Key for Business' mission
Assist with other pods when needed
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
1+ year of prior customer service experience
Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper-level management on a regular basis
Excellent voice quality and inflection, with a professional, courteous, and patient demeanor
Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, managers, and internal departments
Unconventional problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Proficiency with learning new technology and system applications
Open availability to work any day or time
Organized, self-starter, and able to begin and follow through with tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1-2 years of customer support, data analytics, or similar experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Smart Sheets
Ability to identify scope and priority of issues and tasks
