Duties
 Engage in direct sales activities to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
 Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track customer interactions and sales processes
 Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
 Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling products or services
 Assist in business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
Qualifications
 Strong interest in B2B sales and account management
 Ability to effectively manage client relationships and prioritize tasks
 Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus
 Previous experience in retail sales or direct sales is advantageous
 Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
