Customer Service Technician

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support for water heating products by providing guidance and solutions to service technicians and homeowners. Day shifts and night shifts open.
Projects You'll Work On:
• Provide troubleshooting and installation guidance to customers and technicians for water heating products.
• Assist with processing customer claims, ensuring the delivery of the right service solutions.
• Analyze service cases to identify site-related or component-related issues.
• Handle inbound calls from end-users, contractors, service mechanics, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Resolve challenging technical concerns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
What Experience You Should Bring
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC/R products is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of HVAC/plumbing terminology and practices is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical certification in HVAC/Plumbing is preferred.
