Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing solutions to challenging billing issues. * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. * Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. * Maintaining performance goals and striving for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. * Becoming proficient in our processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt. **Requirements and Skills** To be successful as a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following requirements and skills: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus. * Excellent communication and organization skills. * Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications. * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency. * Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher). **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive salary: $15.25-$21.00 per hour or state/local minimum wage, if higher. * Quarterly variable bonus potential. * Generous paid time off. * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options. * Flexible Spending Accounts. * 401k and Employee Stock Purchase plans. * No Charge Lab Testing. * Fitness Reimbursement Program. **Schedule** Our Customer Service Support Representatives work a Monday-Friday schedule from 11am-8pm (EST).
