ā¢ Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
ā¢ Provide feedback on customer interactions to enhance service quality.
Skills
ā¢ Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
ā¢ Proficient typing skills with the ability to navigate computer systems effectively.
ā¢ Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
ā¢ Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting customer interactions.
ā¢ A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
