Tasks Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate information about class schedules, enrollment procedures, and academy policies. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with the registration process for new students, including processing payments and updating student records in the academy's database. Coordinate with instructors and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and operations within the academy. Maintain and update customer service records, tracking interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
