About the Role As a Customer Service Sales Agent at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and sales representatives. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives to understand their needs and provide personalized support. Analyze customer behavior and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted retention strategies. Negotiate with customers to renew contracts and retain business relations, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions and drive sales growth. Develop and present customer behavior reports to inform business decisions and drive customer-centric initiatives. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business associates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Multitask efficiently, handling multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in Google products, including Gmail, Excel, Google Chat, and Google Space. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Strong phone and email etiquette, with a professional and friendly tone. A positive and coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team. A team-player mentality, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues. While not required, having sales and health insurance experience is a plus, and fluency in Spanish is preferred. If you have a background in customer service or sales, you'll be well-positioned to succeed in this role.
