Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have in a friendly and efficient manner.

Handle returns and exchanges: Process returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.

Build relationships with customers: Create a welcoming and inviting environment for customers, building rapport and trust to foster long-term relationships.

Demonstrate product knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of IKEA's products and services to assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations.

Ensure customer satisfaction: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services, and take necessary steps to resolve any issues.

Maintain store cleanliness: Keep the customer service and returns areas clean and organized, creating a positive and professional shopping experience for customers.

Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service and returns process.

Uphold company policies and procedures: Adhere to IKEA's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and values.

Identify opportunities for improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve the customer service and returns process to enhance the overall customer experience.

Attend trainings and meetings: Participate in trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products, and to continuously develop customer service skills.
