What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers
- Accurately record and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service database
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools
