Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Pulse Final Mile, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to home delivery services for key clients and local operations. This fast-paced position requires a skilled professional capable of dispatching delivery teams, maintaining positive customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency while directly supporting our clientsโ customers.
Responsibilities:
ยท Coordinate effective communication flow between Network Carrier Partners (NCPs), customers, clients, and Pulse representatives.
ยท Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams adhere to client SOW procedures.
ยท Act as a local Pulse representative within the market, fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to Pulse standards and operating procedures, while upholding the Pulse culture and values.
ยท Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms.
ยท Maintain high standards for all operational activities.
ยท Support contract drivers and customers daily.
ยท Monitor routes and provide all interested parties with updates related to delivery orders and escalations.
ยท Handle inbound and outbound calls throughout the scheduled shift.
ยท Conduct truck check-in and loadout throughout the week.
ยท Update various reports and trackers.
ยท Conduct inventory audits or dock checks.
ยท Provide world-class customer service.
Requirements:
ยท 1+ years of customer service experience.
ยท Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook preferred).
ยท Excellent communication skills.
ยท Schedule flexibility.
ยท Positive attitude.
