Customer Service Representative - Work from home
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative working from home for Apple in Charlotte, North Carolina, US, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Apple's clients. Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1 year of customer service experience.
3. Resourceful and energetic personality traits.
4. Strong decision-making and cooperation skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software.
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Available to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
